See Inside Your Pipes
Drain problems used to be a guessing game. Something's wrong, but what? Where? How bad? The only way to know for sure was to dig. Not anymore.
We push a waterproof camera through your drain lines and watch on a monitor in real time. You can watch too—see the roots, the cracks, the buildup, whatever's causing your problem. No guessing, no assumptions, just evidence.
When You Need Camera Inspection
Recurring Drain Problems
If the same drain keeps clogging after cleaning, something's causing it—a belly where debris accumulates, a partial collapse, persistent root intrusion. The camera finds the cause.
Buying or Selling a Home
Sewer line replacement can cost thousands. A pre-purchase inspection shows you what you're buying. If you're selling, it shows buyers the line is in good shape.
Before Major Landscaping
Planning to plant trees near the sewer line? Install a patio? Build an addition? Know what's underground first.
After Drain Cleaning
We often run the camera after clearing a tough clog to verify it's fully cleared and check for damage that caused the problem.
Mystery Plumbing Issues
Unexplained odors, slow drains that don't improve with cleaning, wet spots in the yard—the camera can reveal hidden problems.
What We Can See
- Root intrusion: Roots entering through joints or cracks
- Pipe damage: Cracks, breaks, holes, corrosion
- Bellies: Low spots where water and debris collect
- Offsets: Misaligned joints from settling or shifting
- Blockages: Grease, debris, collapsed pipe, foreign objects
- Buildup: Scale, mineral deposits, grease coating
- Pipe material: Clay, cast iron, PVC, Orangeburg, etc.
The Process
We access the line through a cleanout, drain opening, or toilet flange. The camera on a flexible cable travels through the pipe while we watch the footage. We point out issues as we see them and record the inspection for your records.
For most residential inspections, we can cover from the house to the street or septic tank. Commercial and municipal inspections can go further.
